Although Wellandweb are an easy going business and are generally more than happy to provide our customers with everything they want we have had, on rare occassion in the past, customers who have difficulty in understanding that we have customers other than themselves to attend to. Whilst we appreciate that your business is the most important thing to you, there are others out here who feel equally about their own businesses. Consequently you may feel it is desperately urgent to have something done that very minute but it may not always be possible for us to do it there and then. There may be a short delay before we can carry out your wishes. Generally we aim to carry out most simple modifications, amendments and updates within 1 working day wherever possible. More complex task may take us a little longer as we may be in the middle of carrying out a complex task for another client. If you have deadlines that need to be met then we need to be informed with enough advance warning for us to react in accordance with your wishes.

We also ask that before you request modifications or updates that you have a clear idea of what it is that you want us to do for you. It is very difficult when we are told " I want it to look better / different / fancier etc." when there are no indications of why you feel it looks worse / wrong / too plain etc. Whilst we are confident that we are competent web designers we are not, unfortunately clairvouyant.

Fair Use also means that it is not possible to be updating the content of your website every week for you. If you require a website that needs updating with daily or weekly news items we are more than happy to install a script, with a web based admin panel, that will enable you to post daily news items onto your site.

As we have said we are an easy going business and the above it not meant to be us throwing a grumpy on you it is simply noted so that you know what to expect from us.
